I'm Liv, and this is YOUR Table!

LiV stands for Lessening the i for the Larger Vision and the Table is my representation of holding space. LiV's Table was founded on the belief that everyone matters, regardless of culture, upbringing, political views or current situation. At the Table, there is a place for any and everyone. Although it is named after me, it is not about me, at all, it is about those whose lives we can touch by the work we do. 

Every time we sell anything whether that's through food service work like catering or meal prep services, or through the sales from our cookbooks, spices or merchandise, we take proceeds and put them back into the community. Our main focuses for the Table currently are

• Catering for a Cause: which is regular catering, but it allows you as the client to know where proceeds are going and gives you the opportunity to donate more to a specific cause. 

• Meal Prep Services: this isn't just for those who are trying to lose weight, it's for those who are just trying to maintain eating in general. 

• Cookbooks and Spices: purposely curated with the the Table in mind, we have a variety of spices coming out and books that bring the Table to you. 

• Merchandise: we want you to have something that reminds you of the values we hold at the table.

Although our official birthday is February 11th, 2020- we have been doing this work for a long time.​
